Coordinate & track ongoing tasks. Manage and organize important documents, including document preparation. Resolve specific issues as they arise and report to executives or concerned individuals. Carry out tasks directly given by the executives. Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties. Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field. Has a positive attitude, good personality, and a sense of responsibility. Skills in communication, problem-solving, self-motivation, presentation, and work management. Able to travel internationally and support the work of executives. Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent in spoken and written English. Minimum experience: 2 years.
