Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and oversee the executive’s schedule and appointments.
  • Coordinate & track ongoing tasks.
  • Manage and organize important documents, including document preparation.
  • Resolve specific issues as they arise and report to executives or concerned individuals.
  • Carry out tasks directly given by the executives.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties.

 Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
  • Has a positive attitude, good personality, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Skills in communication, problem-solving, self-motivation, presentation, and work management.
  • Able to travel internationally and support the work of executives.
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent in spoken and written English.
  • Minimum experience: 2 years.
