How to order a ride
- Choose Car or Bike in the app.
- Pin pickup & destination accurately.
- Confirm fare and wait for a driver.
- Verify driver & plate in the app before boarding.
Tip: If pickup is tricky, send a short landmark in chat (e.g. “front of 7‑Eleven”).

Safety tips
- Match plate & driver photo before you hop in.
- Share trip status with a friend in the app.

GrabFood basics
- Check restaurant ratings and ETA before ordering.
- Group orders to save on delivery fees.
