
The Creative Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and producing creative marketing content to elevate the brand’s image across digital and offline channels. This role supports the Marketing Manager by contributing to campaigns, social media content, event materials, video production, and creative assets aligned with the company’s premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Video Production Plan and produce long-form video content (e.g., interview series, product storytelling, educational or entertainment content), with a target of at least 6 videos per quarter. Edit and produce short-form content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, Facebook shorts) with engaging, trend-driven, and creative concepts (minimum 12 clips/quarter). Create highlight clips, memes, or fun moments from behind-the-scenes or long-form series. Collaborate with videographers, designers, or outsourced partners to ensure content meets brand and quality standards.
- Social Media Management & Engagement Develop and execute content plans for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube weekly, including visual and copy content. Maintain the publishing of high-quality content (e.g., Real Project References, Luxe Pattern photos) 3–5 days/week as per the content calendar. Track key engagement metrics such as Watch Time, Completion Rate, and Engagement Rate, and recommend improvements.
- Marketing Event & Campaign Support Design and prepare creative materials for offline marketing events, pop-ups, and brand collaborations. Create visual presentations, digital banners, and event materials with strong alignment to luxury brand aesthetics. Attend and support on-ground marketing events, capturing photo/video content for recap or future use.
- Website & Sales Material Content Support content updates on the company’s website including product details, spec sheets, charts, manuals, and certificates. Create infographics, charts, icons, and visual assets to enhance the web experience and communicate technical info. Collaborate with the website team to improve visual design and layout for better UX and branding
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts.
1–3 years of experience in creative marketing, content creation, or social media production.
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation.
Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their content formats.
Ability to develop creative ideas that align with brand objectives and audience needs.
Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Strong collaboration skills and a team-player attitude.
A keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of visual trends, especially in the luxury or design industry, is highly desirable.
