How free shipping works
- Look for items/shops with Free Shipping badges or minimum spend thresholds.
- Combine Free Shipping with Shop Vouchers and Lazada Vouchers when available.
- Shipping promos change during events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11). Check banners and the Vouchers tab.
Quick steps in the app
- Install the Lazada app and sign in.
- Search for your product and tap Vouchers on the product page.
- Clip Free Shipping + Shop + Lazada vouchers.
- Add to cart, then at checkout confirm the Shipping fee is discounted to ฿0 (or reduced).
- Choose payment (card, wallet, or cash on delivery where available) and place order.
Tip: If you don’t see a free shipping voucher, raise your cart to the shop’s minimum or mix items from the same shop.
