Job Description :
1.Video Production & Editing
- Film, edit, and optimise videos using TikTok native tools, Cap Cut, or other editing software.
- Ensure content is visually appealing, engaging, and optimised for Tik-Tok algorithm.
- Add captions, effects, and trending audio to boost engagement.
2.Growth & Engagement
- Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and comments.
- Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with influencers and other creators for cross-promotion.
3.Content Creation & Strategy
- Produce high-quality, original videos (skits, challenges, tutorials, trends, UGC-style content).
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, hashtags, and viral formats to maximise reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sale team to align content with campaigns and promotions.
4.Analytics & Optimisation
- Monitor TikTok Insights and adjust content strategy based on performance.
- Test different content styles (humour, educational, behind-the-scenes) to see what resonates.
- Stay updated on TikTok algorithm changes and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing (Cap Cut, In-shot, Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics (TikTok Insights, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content ideation skills.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills.
- Previous experience as a TikTok creator, social media manager, or content creator preferred.

Mon. – Fri., 8.00-16.00
